Thank you for choosing VELOURS. Your satisfaction is our priority. Please review our policy on cancellations, refunds, modifications, and exchanges:
CANCELLATIONS:
Once order is placed we do not offer cancellation , but we offer the option to modify the piece or exchange it for an alternative product within 24 hrs of purchasing.
ALTERATIONS:
Velours will provide free alteration within 14 days of receiving your order . In each order that will be sent, there will be an ALTERATION FORM you have to fill it out and send it back to us, or contact us on +974 30707406
SHIPPING AND HANDLING:
The customer is responsible for any shipping and handling costs associated with the modification or exchange process, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped, damaged product).
ELIGIBILITY FOR REFUND OR EXCHANGE:
Orders can be exchange/refunded only if there is a production defect, and the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be in its original condition, unused, undamaged and must be in its original packaging and tags.
- The request for exchange or refund must be made within 7 days from the date of purchase.
- Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation, is required.
- We are committed to inspect and rectify the defect or replace the product. Only If we are unable to do so, then we will REFUND the money
